Before the names of Isis and Magdalena were spoken, there was Inanna, also known as Ishtar, the radiant Queen of Heaven and Earth, the first known embodiment of sovereignty, sensuality, and transformation.

In the ancient temples of Sumer, Inanna’s priestesses tended the mysteries of life, death, and rebirth, initiating women into the sacred union of shadow and light. It is here that the original Temple of the Rose was born, a living temple devoted to love as the path of awakening.

The Descent and the Return

Inanna’s journey is one of initiation through descent. She enters the underworld by choice, stripped of every symbol of power, her crown, her jewels, her voice. She dies to all she thought she was.

And it is through this surrender that she is reborn.

This descent is not a myth to me, it is the energetic blueprint woven through all my healing work. Each session, each immersion, is a modern reflection of Inanna’s sacred path: the courage to face the underworld within, the wounds and shadows we hide, and to rise again with more truth, power, and embodied love.

The Rose Codes of Healing

The Rose has always been a symbol of this union, the spiral of descent and return, beauty held within thorns, softness rooted in strength.

To walk the path of the Rose is to live as Inanna once did, to know that love is not only light, but also the fierce compassion that meets our darkness.

In my work, these Rose Codes form the heart of every healing process:

• Death & Rebirth – releasing what no longer serves so new life can emerge.
• Shadow & Light – integrating all aspects of self with compassion and truth.
• Love & Fear – embodying both tenderness and fierce sovereignty.

This is not a process of “fixing,” but of remembering the wholeness that already lives within.

The Temple of the Rose Today

The Temple of the Rose lives in each of us. It awakens through the body, through breath, through the willingness to feel and transform.
