1. Your First Step: Clarity Call
Most people begin with a Clarity Call - a short, grounded conversation where we explore:
- what you’re experiencing
- what kind of support feels right
- what questions or concerns you have
- whether working together feels like a good fit
This is not a commitment to begin long‑term work, it’s a way to gain clarity, connection, and a sense of direction before anything else. It’s calm, practical, and focused on you.
What the call feels like:
There’s no pressure, no agenda, and no obligation. It’s an honest conversation where you can speak openly about what’s been coming up for you.
2. Starting Sessions: What Happens Next
Once you decide to continue, we begin with either:
- One‑to‑One Shamanic Healing,
Guided Integration Sessions, or
Astrology Portraits
Here’s what most people experience in early sessions:
- we talk about what’s been unfolding inside you
- we slow things down so overwhelm eases
- we explore patterns and meaning in a grounded way
- you begin to notice shifts in how you relate to your thoughts, sensations, and decisions
You don’t need to “know what to say”, we work with whatever you bring. If you’re unsure, that becomes part of the exploration.
3. What Your First Sessions Are Like
Early sessions are focused on understanding your experience, not on fitting it into a label or model. We work with:
- your narrative and current experience
- embodied awareness and nervous system grounding
- reflective inquiry and insight work
- connection between inner shifts and real‑life clarity
The pace is intentional and calm. You’re supported to feel into what’s happening rather than being pushed through predefined steps.

Here’s what else to know so there are no surprises:
Session format: Online (video or audio)*
Length: Typically 50–60 minutes
Clarity Calls: Shorter, focused 15 minute conversations
Communication: You can also reach out by message before booking if that feels easier
Safety and support: You’re encouraged to work with mental health professionals in parallel if appropriate, this work is complementary and grounded
5. A Note About Safety and Scope
This work is about support, reflection, integration, and clarity. While it can feel deeply meaningful and transformative, it is not a medical or clinical diagnosis process. Your wellbeing and safety are important, and appropriate referrals will always be made when needed.
By being transparent about the process and scope of this work, the intention is to help you move forward from uncertainty into a clearer sense of what next feels right.

“What if I don’t know what I want to talk about?”
That’s completely okay. We begin with listening to what is present for you, even if it feels uncertain. Many people don’t start with a clear topic and that becomes part of the work.
“Do I need prior spiritual or healing experience?”
No. You only need curiosity and openness to explore your present experience at a pace that feels safe.
“Can this work alongside other support I’m already receiving?”
Yes. Many people collaborate with mental health professionals, coaches, or other practitioners. This work is designed to be compatible with other support you have.
