Alex House- Yoga
Alex has been practicing yoga for 5 years, she undertook her Ashtanga Vinyasa Teacher Training at Doron Yoga in Lake Atitlan, Guatemala. She has since taken a spiritual course where the focus lies on breath work, meditation and movement of energies in different asanas. Alex is currently practicing Kundalini yoga daily to assist with her spiritual growth.
Alex incorporates a combination of Vinyasa, Kundalini, deep stretching and breath work in to her classes. The benefits of a dynamic flowing sequence and standing balancing postures combined with passively holding and surrendering in static poses leaves the body energised and restored. This Yin and Yang blend creates a balanced practice with emphasis on breathing and releasing.
A more traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa class is also available should you wish.
The lesson can take place inside the lodge, under our stretch marquee or at your chosen location on the land. The classes are suitable for all levels, mats and straps are provided.
Classes will assist you in developing your personal practice, help with alignment in poses and enable you to turn your attention inside. The benefits of practicing yoga are endless; it aids relaxation, improves flexibility, tones, strengthens and energises the body, helps with digestion, calms and focuses the mind leaving you feeling grounded and focused.
Private Yoga classes are 10 Euros per person.
